Foods to eat in first trimester? - pregnancy nutrition advice

I soon found out 5 weeks of pregnancy. The result of all the different nutritional confusing, and I wonder what definatey eat at this stage of pregnancy. I take prenatal Vits, but what do I need?

In surprising that want nothing to eat ... Do not bellyache ..!!!

Hey should not be too hard on themselves about the different foods! To ensure a healthy balanced diet and throw in a few chocolates and again, and you and your baby will do well! Good Luck

Continue to take vitamins. Satisfy your cravings. Eating as usual, add some additional nutrients, such as salads, lean meats, fruit and milk / dairy products.
