Gigabit Ethernet Nic Why Slow Transfer Speed With Gigabit Nic And Switch?

Why Slow transfer speed with Gigabit Nic and Switch? - gigabit ethernet nic

I only have 2 PC on a TP-Link Gigabit Ethernet switch. Both PCs are equipped with TP-LINK Gigabit PCI Network Card. I hired a SATAII drive on a PC and copy from another PC via a SATA hard drive. And they have a return of 5% or around 6.25 Mb / s. What am I doing wrong?
I have tried both automatically and manually 1000MB/Full neg-duplex, no changes. I use Cat5e as well.

Check the cable to try (another).

You 1Gb speed, even with 2-speed computers.

You can though from 400 600MB.

The virus scanner can also access things slow.
